Reservations are when babies are 4 weeks old. Bunnies will not leave my care until they are 8 weeks of age. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a bunny. I can take PayPal (friends and family), Cash App, or Venmo. Once I have that deposit, that bunny is reserved for you. Unless something happens to them in my care, or if the gender is wrong before they leave, the deposit will not be refunded. The deposit also cannot be switched to a different bunny. I give a 24 hour health guarantee, so if something happens to that bunny within 24 hours after you get them, I will refund you. Unless you are using transport, in which case I am not responsible for anything that happens to them once they are on transport. I also offer lifetime support for any questions you may have. If you can no longer care for your bunny, I will always take them back, but no refund will be given. Although sometimes you will be required to provide a cage if I don’t have the space. Please notify me if you decide to rehome your bunny, as I keep a list of where all of my bunnies are at. If you decide to rehome them yourself, it is your responsibility to find them a good home. All my bunnies are healthy to the best of my knowledge when they leave, I will not sell a sick bunny. I am a closed rabbitry, which means I will not allow visitors to come and see the bunny before they are ready to leave. This is to avoid any illnesses or diseases that might be brought in. I am happy to send videos or pictures instead. The remaining money is due when you pick them up, or for transport it is due 3 days before they are picked up. If you reschedule your pickup more than two times and you don’t show up on the third, your deposit will be forfeited. Each bunny will come with a pedigree for breeder and show homes or a birth certificate for pet homes if requested. They will each be sent home with a bag of transition food and a care sheet.
